Student email is not migrated during the change from Microsoft Exchange to Google Apps/Google Mail. As a student you will have to migrate your existing email to Google Mail by forwarding any old emails from Microsoft Exchange to your Gmail account. Currently, access to the Exchange server is only available on campus and all accounts have been restricted from sending mail. In order to forward, you will need to have your Exchange account re-enabled. Please contact the I.T. department to have your Exchange account enabled for forwarding. |
