Grades not published issue

If you are seeing a beside your assignments like below, then you need to perform the following instructions:

1. Once your gradebook is opened go to Tools then Categories.
2. Click on the first category and ensure that “Publish Scores” is checked.

3.      Repeat this for each category you have listed on the left.
4.      Click Close
5.      Double click on any assignment that has

beside it.
6. Switch to the Publish Tab
7. Check the box labeled Publish Scores and click Save

8. Repeat steps 5-7 for each assignment in ALL your classes.

Note: You do not need to repeat the Categories steps as categories are shared between all your classes.
